Shower water pressure was very bad. Food was inadequate and finished within 15 minutes. I had to transfer money ahead of time because they would not accept Booked.net reservation unless I pay in advance.

The Resort is very impressive - an exclusive private one and the landscaping made me feel like I am at countryside, far away from home, cars and noises. I am very happy to have found this nice resort so near to Singapore and the price is very reasonable. We stayed at the Executive Suite and the atmosphere is very romantic, suitable for couple in love. There is also a small swimming pool and some swings for my kids to enjoy themselves. I will try the Terrace Cottage room next time and perhaps the spa too.

Not value for money. Location is bad and wil caused danger when driving there. Refuse to refund when we dont find the resort location is safe.

I enjoyed my stay though it was just short getaway. Staff very helpful and friendly. Surrounding is well kept.
The Chef was on leave during our stay, so we did not get chance to try out the house specialty soup and dinner. We had to drive out for dinner and lamp post did not function. The nite drive to the resort little unsafe if driving alone. To maintain the gym equipment and pool table. The rest is just nice! Price wise, a bit pricey, equals to hotel by the sea's rates.

The staff is very friendly.
It is not easy to find this place, and when we reach at night the road is not lighted up making it even difficult. The place is nice but somehow I find it uneasy to stay for long. Not recommended for those with young children or elderly as they have to climb up to go to the rooms or buffet area.

Extrremely poor location; pathetic bed & mattress so much so I wanted to cry at the sight of the bedroom; bathroom just ok. I would not recommend coming here at all.

No proper briefing on breakfast time. Breakfast should be served earlier or customers should be told about this upon check-in. No telephone in the room No hot water or very poor water stream bed not comfy at all manager not friendly at all the place is so dead....

Room is big & spacious especially their washroom.
For first time visit, it's all right but not the second attempt as there is really nothing much. Because of the location, you can only have your meal inside the resort and it's not just costly but not filling for their BBQ dinner. We dont have other option and there is only some plain rice, little of vegie, BBQ lamb & chicken, orange juice and half bowl of soup, this will cost you RM40.

Totally worth for the money. The environment was perfect for couples and even family. I feel the Bali experience and the staff was really friendly. Definitely will come here again...
The security was tight, but kind of too much when you want to go outside from the resort where you need to call the 'in charge' to open the gate. But I guess... that;s to make sure the resort is safe from intruders
